Ingredients

45ml Lemon Citrus Vodka (Smirnoff).

15ml Cointreau.
- 15ml Peach Schnapps (De Kuyper).
- 1 Tablespoon Passion Fruit Pulp.

Fresh Lime
- Ice
Method

Cut the top and bottom off of the lime, then use your knife to cut the skin off (the skin is needed at the end) and cut the flesh into wedges.
- Fill half of the cocktail shaker with ice.
- Pour all ingredients over the ice and add a squeeze of fresh lime .
- Put the lid on the shaker and shake well for approximately 1 minute.
- Strain liquid into a martini glass.
- Use a piece of lime skin and rub it around the top of the glass, squeez the skin in the glass and drop it in.
