  • Ingredients

    • 2 Litres Bolognese Sauce (Recipe Here).
    • 500ml Cheesy White Sauce (Recipe Here).
    • 1 Packet Fresh Pasta Sheets.
    • 1 cup of Grated Tasty Cheese.

    Method

    • Put a layer of bolognese sauce on the bottom of a rectangle pyrex dish.
    • Put a layer of pasta sheets covering the first layer, put a thin layer of white sauce, then place another sheet of pasta on top.
    • Put a layer bolognese sauce.
    • Cover the bolognese sauce with white sauce.
    • Put a layer of pasta, put a thin layer of white sauce, then place another sheet of pasta on top.
    • Repeat steps 3 – 5 until there is .5cm from the top of the dish.
    • Top layer should have pasta, then white sauce topped with the grated cheese.
    • Cook in a 180°C oven until golden brown.
    • Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
    • Cut into portions.
    • Divide the remaining lasagna into portions and put in freezer (Will be good for up to 3 months).
